10 tips
- Call fresh data first. Contact rates are highest soon after someone opts in.
- Target tightly. One right filter beats a big random list.
- HLR check mobiles so agents only dial live numbers.
- Re-screen TPS if you're calling more than 28 days after delivery.
- Show your number — withheld numbers get ignored and break the rules.
- Say who you are and where you got their details early in the call.
- Use the name and area on the record to build rapport.
- Call at the right time — early evening often works best for consumers.
- Log every outcome and add "do not call" requests to your suppression list immediately.
- Keep the data flowing — a live feed beats one big file that goes stale.

Questions
How many records does an agent need a day?
It varies with your dialler and connect rate; many teams plan on a few hundred records per agent per day.
